ARCHITECTURE
The office building is designed as a concrete pillar system with an internal atrium around which offices and common areas are located. The building will offer modern facilities for 25 administrative employees in a combined open office and closed office system. On the 1st floor, opposite the main entrance, a lobby and a common dining room are designed with a direct connection to the inner courtyard, which is dominated by a green facade located on the front of the storage hall. Offices with a small meeting room are designed on the 2nd floor and individual offices, a large meeting room and a roof terrace on the 3rd floor. The aesthetics of the building is based on the straight, clean lines of the windows and the facade's wooden cladding. In the connecting neck, there are facilities for 30 employees, including changing rooms, toilets and a day room with a connection to the terrace in the inner courtyard.
