Kouty u Kravař has a unique development consisting of narrow plots and houses with the orientation of the front facade towards Hlučínská Street. The goal of the proposal was the reconstruction of the oldest house in Kravařy together with the adjacent barn into 2 separate housing units.

ARCHITECTURE_HOUSE
The reconstruction is designed in such a way that it is possible to use the maximum of preserved elements and thus preserve the original character of the house. The massive entrance door will be refurbished including all decorative elements, the original brick vaults will be preserved in the rooms. The longitudinal layout is newly arranged in such a way that it offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen with a dining room, a toilet, a covered outdoor terrace on the 1st floor and a roof terrace with access from the attic. All this while the total width of the house is only 5 m.
ARCHITECTURE_BARN
The original brick barn will be used as a load-bearing construction system made of solid bricks, which will be recognized in the interior. The floor plan will be adjusted to a rectangle and the extension in the J part will be demolished and adjusted to a front garden with a terrace and a place for grilling, which will separate the new residential barn from the family house. The apartment unit is designed as a 3-bedroom apartment. On the ground floor there is a large living space /with partially open ceiling/, tech. room, toilet and dressing room. In the poker room there is a shared children's room /which can be divided if necessary/, a bedroom and a shared bathroom.
