HOUSES — GREENERY
With the current high prices of building materials and land, we were looking for a solution that would offer the comfort of detached houses at an affordable price even on a plot of 500 m2. The houses are located on the edge of the plots and connected to each other by fencing and the roof of the covered parking space. The result of the design is a floor area of 140m2, parking for 2 cars, energy saving and, of course, good architecture.

ARCHITEKTURA
All the houses have a simple and legible architecture, chosen to fit in with the surrounding countryside, but at the same time create an independent character. Each house has a full 2 floors with sufficient glazing and a view of the surrounding countryside. The layout is designed as a 5-bedroom apartment, where the 1st floor has an entrance with a vestibule, a utility room, a separate bathroom/toilet, a bedroom and a large living space with direct access to the garden. 2 children's rooms, a bedroom with a dressing room and a master bathroom are designed on the 2nd floor. The roof is designed from corrugated sheet metal, the facades are alternated with brick strip cladding and decorative plaster.
