Town hall — Terraces
The town hall in Slavíčín was originally designed in the spirit of modern architecture with a flat roof and generous glazing. In the 2000s, the building was insulated, plastic windows and a pitched roof extension was added. In our proposal, we return to the original concept and supplement the mass of the building with a roof addition, which will provide needed offices for the town hall.

ARCHITECTURE
We are replacing the original hipped roof with dormers with a new lightweight prefabricated structure with a wooden facade, which is complemented by a roof garden. The facade will be additionally insulated and the window openings will be replaced with blinds. The total area of glazing will be slightly reduced, mainly due to modifications on the NE facade. The revitalization brings us closer to the original design, which was based on clean horizontal lines combined with generous glazing. The proposed modifications also concern the interiors, offices from 1PP will be moved to higher floors. On the 1st floor there is a newly designed vestibule, which is followed by an entrance hall with reception / information and a screened stairwell with a lift. We are placing the employment office in the left part of the 1st floor. The layout of the right part on this floor remains unchanged. The 2nd floor is being reorganized for better functioning of the office. The biggest change available is the division of the staircase area and the addition of a new social room (lounge) with a direct connection to the roof terrace. In the corridors, at the entrance to the offices, bays with soft seating are designed, which are oriented towards the glass doors to the offices. On the 3rd floor, we propose the main offices of the office (mayor, deputy mayor, secretary, etc.) and a meeting room with a connection to the roof garden.
